In the quiet community of Woodbine, Kentucky, a tragedy unfolded that cut short the life of Vicki S. Connor, a 57-year-old female resident of Corbin. On the evening of Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at approximately 7:30 PM, the Kentucky State Police Post 11 in London received a distressing call from Whitley County 911 about a shooting at a residence on KY HWY 1064.
