In a quiet apartment complex in Louisville's Klondike neighborhood, a grim discovery was made on a Friday afternoon. A concerned citizen alerted authorities to a vehicle that had been left running, leading to a response from Louisville Metro Police. Inside the vehicle, officers found 28-year-old Rashon Tyler Holloway and another man, Troy D. Young Jr., both unresponsive.
