In the early morning hours of a summer day in Louisville, Kentucky, a discovery was made that would forever alter the lives of one family. On Monday, June 24, 2019, just after 12:30 a.m., police found the body of 41-year-old Lee Edward Osborne III inside a vehicle at the intersection of South 43rd Street and Greenwood Avenue in the Chickasaw neighborhood.
