In the summer of 2020, the life of 57-year-old Vicki Renee' Betts of Louisville, Kentucky, was tragically cut short. On the morning of Friday, June 26, 2020, Betts was shot and killed on Dixie Highway near Hale Avenue. The incident occurred around 10:28 a.m., after which she was transported to University Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
