On a Tuesday night in September 2018, the Pine Creek Village apartment complex in southeast Colorado Springs became the scene of a sudden and tragic event. It was there that 39-year-old Raymond Daniel McCall, a male resident of the city, was fatally shot. The incident occurred at approximately 10 p.m. along Chapman Drive, shattering the evening's quiet.
