In the late summer of 2020, the life of 17-year-old Micheal Proctor was tragically cut short in Lexington, Kentucky. On the night of August 21st, the young man, a former football player at Frederick Douglass High School, was found fatally wounded. Proctor, a male, sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was discovered in the street at the intersection of North Broadway and McClain Drive.
