In the winter of 2020, a life was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. Eighteen-year-old Armani Hall was fatally shot in an incident that authorities would later describe as reckless. The shooting occurred just after midnight on a Sunday in December at The Oaks at St. Andrews apartment complex, located off Saint Andrews Church Road.
