On May 1, 2021, 37-year-old bartender and mother of two, Kasmira Nash, was fatally shot while working at Vibes Restaurant and Ultra Lounge in Louisville, Kentucky. The incident occurred during a pre-Kentucky Derby party attended by rapper Jack Harlow and his entourage. Nash was pronounced dead at the scene, and another individual sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
