Mark Addison, 22, went missing on September 4, 1982, from San Luis Obispo, California. Prior to his disappearance, Mark had purchased camping gear and mentioned to others that he planned to head into the mountains to live off the land. His vehicle was found abandoned in Bakersfield, California, a few days later, but no further clues about his whereabouts have emerged since then.
