In the early morning hours of December 30, 2020, the life of 43-year-old Brian Keith Russell was tragically cut short in what appeared to be a senseless act of violence at his Franklin, Kentucky, home. Responding to a shots-fired complaint, Franklin Police discovered Russell suffering from three gunshot wounds.
