In the early morning hours of February 26, 2021, the life of 27-year-old Diontaye T. Petty was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. Officers with the Louisville Metro Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at the intersection of South 19th Street and West Chestnut Street in the Russell neighborhood.
