In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of LaDiamond Marshay Brackett, a 24-year-old Black female, was tragically cut short. On June 6, 2021, she was discovered in the breezeway of an apartment building in the Buechel neighborhood, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
