In the early morning hours of June 20, 2021, a fatal encounter unfolded in Louisville, Kentucky, leaving 31-year-old Sandy J. Ferreira, a male, dead from multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. in the 7100 block of Yorktown Terrace, located off National Turnpike. When officers from the Louisville Metro Police Department arrived at the scene, they discovered Ferreira's body between two vehicles. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
