In the summer of 2021, the life of John Patrick Brasher, a 35-year-old man, was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. On the evening of July 27th, Brasher was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred in the Buechel neighborhood. The incident prompted an investigation by the Louisville Metro Police Department's Homicide Unit.
