Death by Force

In the Russell neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, on the evening of July 17, 2023, the life of 24-year-old Benard Edward Cochrum, a Black male, was tragically cut short. Around 8:50 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting at the intersection of 26th and Madison Streets. Upon their arrival, they found Cochrum suffering from a gunshot wound.
