Dashawn Powell, aged 42, was tragically found dead on June 27, 2022, in Louisville, Kentucky. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 4:30 a.m., when Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) officers responded to reports of gunshots in the 2400 block of West Madison Street, near 24th Street.
