In the early morning hours of December 15, 2020, the city of Louisville, Kentucky, was waking up to a tragedy unfolding near one of its cherished green spaces. A call came in around 6 a.m. reporting a person down near Iroquois Park. When officers from the Louisville Metro Police Department arrived at the 7000 block of Sanders Gate Road, they discovered the body of a man who had recently died.
