On the night of November 25, 2022, Corey Parker, a 52-year-old Black/African American man, was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the Taylor Berry neighborhood. The call reporting the shooting came in around 10 p.m., leading Louisville Metro Police officers to the 3100 block of Taylor Boulevard where they discovered Parker.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
