Jeffrey Hardee, a 21-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically shot and killed on April 21, 2011. He was found after noon, lying in front of a corner store on 9th Street, having been shot multiple times. Neighbors reported that the sound of gunfire filled the area before they cautiously looked out to discover Hardee’s body. He had sustained six gunshot wounds in total.
