In the fall of 1993, the life of 19-year-old Kai Lor, a Hmong male, came to a violent and abrupt end in St. Paul, Minnesota. On the evening of October 12th, Lor, along with two companions, was involved in an attempted robbery at the Hampden Food Cooperative.
