On a Tuesday evening in St. Paul, Minnesota, the lives of two young men were tragically cut short. On October 12, 1993, 18-year-old Bruce Teng Thao and his friend, 19-year-old Kai Lor, were found shot to death. Both Thao, a Hmong male, and Lor suffered from multiple gunshot wounds.
