Jared Christian Elam, a 17-year-old from St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of September 4, 2014. Around 9:30 p.m., police responded to a shooting in the 4200 block of Obear Avenue where they found Jared suffering from fatal gunshot wounds.
