Death by Force

On March 23, 2015, Ned Brooks, a 26-year-old man, was killed in a shooting in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred late at night in the 4000 block of Goodfellow Boulevard, a location in the north part of the city. According to reports, police were called to the scene around 11:15 p.m. and found Ned Brooks inside a running vehicle that had stopped at an intersection.
