On November 2, 2016, twenty-four-year-old Kenneth Jacobs was fatally shot in St. Louis, Missouri. Known affectionately by nicknames such as 'Luh Kenny,' 'Grasshopper,' and 'chops Loc,' Jacobs was a young father who left behind one child. Family and friends remembered him as a very outspoken, intelligent, and loving individual with a smart and funny personality that brightened the lives of those around him.
