Kenneth Jacobs, a 24-year-old man, was shot and killed on November 2, 2016, in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident took place in the city's north side, in an area known for frequent acts of gun violence. Police received a call in the early hours regarding a person who had been shot. When they arrived on the scene, they found Jacobs with critical gunshot injuries. Despite efforts by emergency personnel, he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
