Matthew David Albert, aged 27, from Shooks, MN, died on October 21, 2009, at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, MN. He had been shot once in the head on October 20, 2009, while he was in bed. The suspect in this case was identified as Betsy Marie Hanks, who was Matthew's partner. Betsy Marie Hanks shot Matthew once in the head, and he succumbed to his injuries the following day without regaining consciousness.
