Darnell C. Harris Sr., aged 61, was tragically killed on January 23, 2014, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Harris was found in his car, having been shot in the leg. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries, marking the first homicide in Minneapolis for 2014. This incident was particularly heartbreaking as it occurred just 13 months after the murder of his son, who was also a victim of gun violence in the city.
