Miguel Yobani Garcia Silvestre, 25, male, was killed in the pre-dawn hours of September 12, 2015, inside a house on the 1200 block of 22nd Avenue North in Minneapolis’ Jordan neighborhood. Police were dispatched around 4:30 a.m. to reports of gunfire; inside they found multiple victims, and Garcia Silvestre was pronounced dead at the scene.
