Ahmed Ismail, a 25-year-old resident of Saint Paul, MN, tragically lost his life on November 7, 2015. The incident occurred outside Arnellia's Bar on University Avenue. According to reports, a commotion erupted outside the bar, and Ismail, upon approaching the scene to inquire about the situation, was shot in the face.
