Abdullah Arif, a 48-year-old man from Stillwater, Minnesota, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on February 16, 2023, in Saint Paul. The incident occurred near Union Tobacco, a shop owned by Arif, where police found him on the ground with a gunshot wound to his chest.

Emergency services quickly responded to the scene shortly after 3:30 p.m. Arif was immediately transported to Regions Hospital for treatment, but despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries. This incid ...
