Charles Anthony Hudson, a 31-year-old father from South St. Paul, was fatally shot on the evening of April 18, 2016. The incident occurred around 6:45 p.m. outside the Hamline Apartments in the 400 block of East Magnolia Avenue in St. Paul. Hudson, known affectionately as 'CJ,' was found with gunshot wounds and was transported to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
