In the late summer evening of August 30, 2016, in Saint Paul, Minnesota, the life of 26-year-old Kin Reynolds Jr., a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. The incident unfolded in the city's Frogtown neighborhood, near the intersection of Edmund Avenue and Grotto Street, shortly after 9:30 p.m. Residents in the area were startled by the sound of approximately ten gunshots ringing out in rapid succession.
