On a Friday night in Minneapolis, March 16, 2018, the life of 18-year-old Norea Stephon Wilford was tragically cut short. In south Minneapolis, at the intersection of 43rd Street East and 1st Avenue South, reports of gunfire prompted a police response at approximately 10:30 p.m. Arriving at the scene, officers found evidence of a shooting but were unable to locate a victim.
