Warsame Ahmed Hassan, a 21-year-old man from Minneapolis, MN, was tragically killed on November 3, 2019. The incident occurred during a house party at 8548 Penn Avenue South in Bloomington. According to reports, the party escalated into an argument, which led to a shooting. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Hassan and another man from Eagan, who suffered non-life-threatening injuries, both with gunshot wounds.
