In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Minneapolis, a life was cut tragically short. Quentheus Julian Watkins, a 23-year-old Black man, was fatally shot on May 23, 2021. The incident that led to his death began near the intersection of 4th Street North and 24th Avenue North. It was there that he sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
