Janesa Lashay Harris

In the early summer of 2021, a 28-year-old Black/African American woman, Janesa Lashay Harris, was found dead in her St. Cloud, Minnesota, apartment. A property manager discovered her body on June 2, 2021, in her residence on the 1400 block of 12th Avenue North. An autopsy would later determine that she had died from a gunshot wound on or around May 31st. Her family described her as a loving and outgoing person with a good heart who had moved to St. Cloud from Milwaukee.
