On the morning of October 24, 2022, the life of Nicole Michelle Hammond, a 28-year-old Caucasian woman, was tragically cut short in the parking lot of her workplace in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. Just before their shift was to begin at a local textile factory, Hammond was fatally shot. Responding officers found her near her car with a single gunshot wound to the neck.
