In the early morning hours of Tuesday, September 27, 2022, the life of Omar Rosas Pineda, a 34-year-old male resident of Minneapolis, Minnesota, was tragically cut short. His body was discovered by police officers around 6 a.m. on a sidewalk in south Minneapolis, in the very block where he lived, the 4100 block of South 4th Avenue. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office later confirmed that he had died from multiple gunshot wounds.
