In the summer of 2009, a deeply disturbing act of violence cut short the life of 21-year-old Amanda J. Remmers, a young mother originally from Kansas City, Kansas. On June 22, what began as a domestic dispute tragically escalated into a quadruple homicide, leaving a community in shock and a family shattered.
