In the autumn of 2015, the life of Keith Leon Reed, a 43-year-old Black man from Topeka, Kansas, was abruptly cut short. On Saturday, October 10, 2015, Reed was fatally wounded and his death was later confirmed at Stormont Vail Hospital.
