Brian Wade Miller, a 20-year-old male of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, was enjoying the prime of his life in Topeka, Kansas. Born and raised in the city, he had attended local schools and was known for cherishing time with his siblings and nephew, and for his love of music.
