In the quiet of a Sunday in Junction City, Kansas, the life of 21-year-old Dakota Blake Noah, a Caucasian male, came to a tragic end on January 21, 2018. A private in the U.S. Army, Noah was an infantryman with Company B, 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division at Fort Riley. He had joined the military in September 2016 and arrived at the Kansas post in January of the following year.
