In the quiet of a Sunday in Junction City, Kansas, the life of 21-year-old Dakota Blake Noah, a Caucasian male, came to a tragic end on January 21, 2018. A private in the U.S. Army, Noah was an infantryman with Company B, 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division at Fort Riley.
