On a summer day in Overland Park, Kansas, the life of Todd Eugene Davis, a 48-year-old White man, was tragically cut short. On July 3, 2018, Davis was at his job as a contractor, working on installing turf at the Sunrise Point Elementary School playground. An argument broke out among him and his co-workers, leading to a fatal shooting.
