In the winter of 2020, a young White man's life was cut short in Overland Park, Kansas, during a violent encounter that began with a planned firearm transaction. Patrick Miller, an 18-year-old male from Bonner Springs, had arranged to purchase a firearm from Joseph Decelles and his friend on the evening of January 25th.
