In the early morning hours of December 3, 2019, the life of 31-year-old Robert Junior, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Wichita, Kansas. A neighbor discovered Junior with critical gunshot wounds near the driveway of a duplex in the 8500 block of East Parkmont.
