On the quiet evening of February 23, 2020, in the small community of Cambridge, Kansas, the life of Jacob Cole Nettrouer, a 38-year-old White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. Deputies responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Jacob with a single, fatal gunshot wound. Despite immediate life-saving efforts, he succumbed to his injury.
