In the early hours of a Saturday morning in Wichita, Kansas, the life of 19-year-old Andreas Carlyle, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. On August 1, 2020, shortly before 1 a.m., police responded to a shooting in the 600 block of North Pinecrest, near Central and Oliver.
