On a cool Sunday evening in Wichita, Kansas, the life of 16-year-old Brandi Williams, a Black female, was tragically cut short. On November 7, 2021, a gathering of adults and teenagers at a home in the 900 block of North Volutsia took a devastating turn. An argument erupted between Brandi, another 18-year-old female, and two teenage boys, aged 14 and 16.
