In the late hours of a Monday evening, the life of Lorenzo Johnson, a 34-year-old Black / African American man, was tragically cut short in Kansas City, Kansas. On June 13, 2022, police were dispatched to a parking lot in the 800 block of Kindleberger Road following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival just after 10 p.m., they discovered Johnson suffering from gunshot wounds.
