In the summer of 2022, on what tragically became his 29th birthday, Daniel Wayne Ward's life was cut short in Olathe, Kansas. On the morning of July 30th, police responded to a medical call at a residence in the 1200 block of North Purdom Street. There, they discovered Ward unresponsive, suffering from what was described as a significant head injury. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and it was later determined that his fatal injury was a gunshot wound.
