On January 19, 1996, 14-year-old Damion Blocker was tragically killed at the Winston Education Center in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred in a stairwell where two masked gunmen ambushed Blocker. The attack was sudden and brutal, leaving the young teenager with no chance to escape or defend himself.
